Prices
　The following prices include airfare, hotel costs in Japan, all transportation in Japan, and participation/administrative/handling costs. Prices below DO NOT include applicable taxes. These could average $200 and will be added to the final invoice. If paying by credit card, please be aware that a 4% charge for processing will be added.

Category 4 / $19,00 : Columbus, Norfolk, Denver, Seattle, Houston

　Please note that Colorado Springs participants may select to depart from Denver for a lower fare.(see above) Own transportation to / from Denver must be arranged.

　All include 4 days, 3 nights stay.

　All are home stays, except for Kyoto and Tokyo where participants stay in hotels. All programs include transportation to destination, then to airport on the final day. The Kyoto and Tokyo programs are ‘free plan’, i.e. there is no organized tour and participants plan their own activities.
　Kyoto and Tokyo hotel program costs are based on double occupancy. If traveling alone, unless otherwise requested, another participant may share a room with you. If single occupancy is required, please indicate, and $60 will be added per night.

Please Note - Important Additional Information
1) Discount: Children 11 yrs and under: $200 discount.
Infants under 2: 10% of adult fare.
Students: $350 discount. (All lodging in Japan will be home stay)
2) Hotel Room: All rooms are double occupancy. If traveling alone, unless otherwise requested, another participant may share a room with you. If single occupancy is required, please indicate, and $60 will be added per night.
3) Any changes to your schedule made after the deadline will incur a　substantial penalty
4) Deadline & Deposit: Registration deadline is March 31st, 2007, by which date all applications and deposits are due. Please send all applications along with a check for the deposit of $100 made out to IACE Travel (this deposit will count toward the total cost) to IACE-Travel.
5) Invoice & Deadline: IACE Travel will send you an invoice for the remaining balance upon receipt of your application and deposit. Deadline for payment of the balance (including applicable taxes) is April 31st 2007. Tickets will be issued approximately two weeks before departure.
6) Payment by credit card will incur a 4% handling charge.
